Standard production time is subject to approx. 5-6 business days AFTER artwork has been approved. Large quantity orders or custom made awards can take several business weeks longer depending on the complexity of the order. Advising us in advance of your planned presentation date is highly recommended. We will schedule production to allow ample shipping time for you to receive your awards a few days prior to that date.
ALL ORDERS must be paid, PRIOR to any artwork or production taking place. Once full payment is received, the order can be processed and set-up.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL REGARDLESS IF ITEMS ARE DECORATED OR SOLD AS BLANK.
Shipping charges, all apparel, custom awards, engraved plates, plaques, glass, acrylics and crystal awards are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless the issue was due to an error by Wilson Trophy Company). Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the sender.
NO returns are accepted for awards that are already lasered, sand blasted or sublimated on.
If requested, a pre-production same may be produced depending on the item chosen. Pricing and turn around time is subject to the specific award and will vary from item to item. Please call in (905-670-3226) to inquire about samples.
While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable.
We understand that sometimes the need for an award comes up unexpectedly. When that occurs, we are ready and willing to help you meet your deadline! In order to maintain our commitment to helping you look good, we offer a rush service at an additional cost of $60.00. Depending on the QTY and timeline of the order we may also quote the rush charge.
For all other shipments, pricing and delivery service options are subject to availability and will vary depending on location. If shipping is not required on the order, customers can simply pick up at our location 1318 Britannia Road East, L4W 1C8 Mississauga ON.
All pricing is in Canadian Dollars. We may be required to make periodic pricing updates on our online store and catalogue as needed. Minimum orders of $100.00 are mandatory for online, walk-in, phone and showroom orders! (Implemented March 2019)
If you have been sent artwork for approval and wish to cancel the order thereafter, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
An art charge of $50.00/per hour will apply for any artwork that is not usable for any particular award. This would include elements such as re-drawing a logo, creating a logo/design from scratch, revising an award layout and changing any artwork after it has already been approved by the customer.
All sizes, capacities, dimensions, etching sizes, and weights shown in the catalogue and online store are all approximate.
