Standard production time is subject to 5-7 business days, depending on the quantity and details of the order. Large quantity orders or custom awards can take several business weeks longer depending on the nature of the order. Advising us in advance of your planned presentation date is highly recommended. We will schedule production to allow ample shipping time for you to receive your awards a few days prior to that date.
Free shipping through Canada Post MAIL, is available on all orders $75.00 or more AFTER TAX. For all other shipments, pricing is subject to availability and will vary depending on the type of service selected. If shipping is not required on the order, customers can simply pick up at our location 1318 Britannia Road East, L4W 1C8 Mississauga ON.
Refunds & Exchanges
All returns must be authorized and reviewed by our Customer Service Department. Please contact us at 905-670-3226 or toll free Toll-Free: 1 (800) 387-3138 for a return authorization.
We must be notified of any pending returns within 5 business days of the order due date. All return orders are subject to a 30% restocking charge and must be paid at the time of our authorization of the return.
Shipping charges, all apparel, custom awards, engraved plates, plaques, glass, acrylics and crystal awards are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless the issue was due to an error by Wilson Trophy Company). Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the sender.
All prices is in Canadian Dollars. We may be required to make periodic pricing updates on our online store and catalogue as needed.
If requested, a pre-production same may be produced depending on the item chosen. Pricing and turn around time is subject to the specific award and will vary from item to item. Please call in (905-670-3226) to inquire about samples.
All costs incurred prior to the order cancellation will be charged.
While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be hold responsible if any item is unavailable.
An art charge of $50.00/per hour will apply for any artwork that is not usable for any particular award. This would include elements such as re-drawing a logo, creating a logo/design from scratch, revising an award layout and changing any artwork after it has already been approved by the customer.
We understand that sometimes the need for an award comes up unexpectedly. When that occurs, we are ready and willing to help you meet your deadline! In order to main our commitment to helping you look good, we offer a rush service at an additional cost which to to be quoted upon inquiry.
